These weighty mother of pearl buttons have the most delightful sheen, are handmade and come hand sewn to a foil covered sheet. Dating to the 1950's (possibly earlier!) There are 24 buttons on a sheet. 

Buttons measure: 16mm across. Shank height approximately 4mm.
