This Portrait Mask is hand-carved and painted by Kwakwaka'wakw artist Steve Smith. It has been carved from red cedar, painted in black, green, and orange acrylic, and is adorned with horse hair.

Including the hair, the mask measures approximately 19 inches or 48 centimeters high, 13 inches or 33 centimeters wide, and 6 inches or 15 centimeters deep.
